Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who:

Client Cancellation

Trainer Cancellation

If a trainer must cancel:

• We'll provide 24-hour notice when possible
• Offer replacement trainer or rescheduling
• No charges for that session
• Compensation for repeated cancellations

Service Termination

Either party may terminate services with:

• 15 days' written notice for monthly packages
• Immediate termination for breach of terms
• Pro-rated refund for prepaid unused sessions
